Biografía / Bio
Soy Profesor Asociado de la Universidad de San Andrés. Enseño e investigo sobre política internacional y política exterior.
Actualmente, mi investigación se vincula con la relación entre política interna y política exterior en América Latina; la influencia de la ideología en los conflictos interestatales y la relación entre populismo y política exterior.
Hice una maestría en la Universidad de Warwick y un doctorado en FLACSO Argentina. Fui investigador visitante el Instituto Iberoamericano de Berlín, la London School of Economics, el German Institute for Global and Area Studies (GIGA) y fui miembro de la Emerging Democracies Network del Carnegie Endowment for International Affairs. He colaborado con distintos medios periodísticos como La Nación, Le Monde Diplomatique, CNN, BBC, Folha de S.Paulo y Foreign Policy.
I am an Associate Professor at the Universidad de San Andrés. I teach and research on international and foreign policy.

Currently, my research revolves around the relationship between domestic and foreign policy in Latin America; the influence of ideology on inter- state conflicts and the relationship between populism and foreign policy.
I did an MA at the University of Warwick and a Doctorate at FLACSO Argentina. I was a visiting researcher at LSE, the Ibero-American Institute in Berlin and the German Institute for Global and Area Studies (GIGA). I was also a member of the Emerging Democracies Network of the Carnegie Endowment for International Peace. I have collaborated with different media outlets such as La Nación, Le Monde Diplomatique, CNN, BBC, Floha de S.Paulo and Foreign Policy.
